RETURNS
Returns are accepted up to 7 days following the date of delivery/pick up. Please email mrpipandme@gmail.com to notify us of the return prior to sending. Return shipping is at your expense using the carrier of your choice, but for a refund it MUST have a tracking number. Once you’ve shipped the package please email us the tracking information and we’ll immediately issue your refund when the package has been received.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Shipping cost is a flat rate of $10. Packages are sent via Standard USPS mail. Exceptions to the flat rate are Sticker Only orders, which are $1 and Doga Mat orders are $18.
Typical our-door to your-door is 3-5 business days. However, we are a one dog & one human gig so occasionally things might take a hair longer. We’re also at the mercy of the Postal Service, so if they’re running slow or behind your package will be delayed accordingly. Please allow additional time for orders placed during the holidays or for orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
PICKUP
Local pickup in Salisbury, MD is available. At checkout please select the Pickup option or use promo code PIPPICKUP so as to avoid shipping charges. We will contact you within one business day for arrangements. Standard processing time of 2-3 days applies unless otherwise arranged.
